Carnaval Specials at Ibby’s — Friday, March 23rd
To help celebrate Carnaval, Ibby’s will host a special Latin American themed lunch buffet on Friday, March 23rd from 11am-2pm and specials during dinner the same evening. Live Latin-inspired jazz will take place during dinner on Friday night from 7-9pm.
*Please note, the Carnaval performance takes place the following weekend in Edison Theatre at 7pm (March 30th and March 31st).

Support Mr. Wash U and City Faces March 22-23
This year's annual benefit will take place on Tuesday, March 22 and Wednesday, March 23, 2011. By dining at Ibby's on either day for lunch or dinner, you will support the candidates in their efforts to raise money for City Faces. The fifteen candidates are busy passing out Ibby's dining cards to friends around campus. The candidate from each class with the most tickets redeemed at Ibby's on the day of their class benefit will receive a portion of total sales from lunch and dinner.
Dine to support the freshman and senior classes on Tuesday, March 22. Dine to support the sophomore and junior classes on Wednesday, March 23.

Raghavan Iyer, Top Culinary Instructor & Indian Cookbook Author, Visits Campus!
We are pleased to announce that Raghavan Iyer (www.raghavaniyer.com) will join us for this year's Diwali (Festival of Lights) Celebration at Wash U!
Bombay-native, Raghavan is a culinary professional and instructor, cookbook author, spokesperson and Culineer for OM, an upscale Indian restaurant in downtown Minneapolis. He is author of 660 Curries, a cookbook named Best Asian Cookbook in the USA; co-founder of the Asian Culinary Arts Institute; famous world-wide culinary instructor; and writer for various magazines and national food publications.

To help promote Washington University's Sustainability Day, Ibby's will offer a three-course dinner made with 100 percent locally sourced items from 5-10 p.m,. Wednesday, Oct. 20. The cost will be $25 for all three courses, or customers can order each item individually.
- Starter: Missouri watercress with Jonathan apples, apple cider vinaigrette, candied pecans and blue cheese
- Entree: Sauteed trout with green beans, fingerling potatoes and toasted Missouri butter
- Dessert: Serendipity seasonal ice cream
